Over the last five years, I've led learning design across edtech and training-focused startups, taking projects from vague briefs to structured, scalable programs. I'm comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing order to ideas that don't yet have a clear shape.

Tehzeeb is an Organizational Psychologist focused on mental health in the workplace, currently serving as Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi. Her work bridges psychological research and organizational practice, bringing evidence-based approaches to how people and institutions perform and thrive.

Mahnoor brings five years of development sector experience focused on mental health, community well-being, and public health initiatives. A 2023 U.S. State Department Community Engagement Exchange Fellow, she also founded Noor — a grassroots initiative dedicated to improving access to mental health services.

Dr. Babur works at the intersection of organizational learning and human behavior, applying pedagogical tools — from metaphor and sketching to collaborative knowledge communities — to design behavioral interventions that unlock human potential. He has worked across academia, development, and corporate sectors with partners including the World Bank, UNESCO, UNICEF, and Global Partners in Education.
